Extrapolation errors of force transducer curve fitting equations

Calibration laboratories often face the challenge of impossibility to perform full capacity range calibration their force transducers, particularly below 10 % transducer’s capacity. Sometimes these use curve fitting extrapolation estimate and predict transducer behavior within uncalibrated ranges. This work deals with study errors in transducers know prediction accuracies when using for ranges between 50 100 The results this showed that magnitude error is very close reproducibility calibrated laboratory.
